What the right covers

If you live in California or one of the other states with a similar privacy law, you’re entitled to opt out of any selling or sharing of your personal information. Those laws determine what counts as a sale and what counts as sharing.

How to ask

You can opt out by writing to manager@oxborogatesdoors.com or by calling (952) 209-0421. Say you are opting out, and who you are: your name and the e-mail address or number you have used with us. We use those details to look up your records. It’s free, and no account is required.

Our reply

Expect a confirmation from us, and the request will be honored within the time allowed by law. We keep our questions to the minimum needed to find the right records.

Using an agent

Requests from authorized agents are welcome when the agent holds a signed authorization from the person.

Browser privacy signals

Browser signals: we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request from the browser sending it, in the places where the law requires us to.
